An excellent seed grown lavender, super-early to flower, in May, and right through summer. Keep picking for longer flowering. It dries brilliantly too. Lavender flowers are edible and can be used to add flavour to cocktails, syrups, sorbets and salads. They can also be used in baking to flavour biscuits and cakes.
